Delivery timeline: 7 days across most Indian pincodes. In rare cases the shipment may take up to 14 days — we will notify you and keep you updated.

Order tracking: Use the Track Order page with your phone number to see all your orders and live status updates.

Delivery attempts: Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unreachable, the parcel returns to us.

Cash on Delivery: Available across India for ₹50 convenience fee. Please keep the exact amount ready.
